There are products that do not tolerate any compromises. Among those are HARO Sports Floors, which have been installed in more than 8,000 sports facilities and multi-purpose halls world-wide.
HARO Sports Floors have been developed by HAMBERGER for more than 55 years. The company introduced the quality management system DIN EN ISO 9001, the environmental-management system DIN EN ISO 14001 as well as the energy-m. ISO 50001. Our own environmentally friendly power plants, waste prevention system and separation of all reusable materials are important for us. The material selection, production and installation of HARO sports floors on site are performed under the aspect of quality, quality assurance and environmental awareness.
With the trend-setting module technology for sports floors, HARO SPORTS created a brand-name product that combines quality of material with an accurate manufacturing method - securing a long lifespan and optimal use. Gymnasiums and sports halls are in many cases not only spaces for sports activities. Often, there are communicative and social events taking place, such as concerts, balls or fairs. HARO SPORTS recommends the right sports floor for every hall, depending on the specific requirements concerning construction and coating. HARO SPORTS knows about the procedures concerning portable grandstands, the moving of heavy equipment as well as the requirements for a floor on which squash or racquetball are played. In contrast to conventional constructions, HARO SPORTS manufactures in single modules and module units that ensure a quick, smooth and above all high-quality installation on site and are installed with the chosen sports floor coating. All HARO sports floors comply with EN 14904, DIN V 18032-2, April 2001, 4.01 standard and carry the RAL quality mark 942 for an optimum quality and product safety.
Not all floors are alike. The decision-makers are supported by an experienced HARO SPORTS team at the determination of the suitable floor by means of a rating scheme with various models. Whether the floor is supposed to be suitable for school purposes, multi-purpose use with event possibilities, for seated spectators, grandstands or fair stands, as well as for disabled sports or various sporting disciplines such as handball, soccer, volleyball, hockey, gymnastics or artistic cycling: the most important and fundamental equipment when it comes to indoor sports is always the floor. Its flexibility and safety protects the athletes of damages to health.
Material selection: In harmony with nature, committed to environmental protection!
The materials used at HARO SPORTS and their innovative installation system ensure that the requirements for a sports floor for a sports and multi-purpose are met when it comes to performance, properties and durability.
The responsibility towards environment is very important at HARO SPORTS. This applies to the economical use of material, the sensible selection of adhesive and varnish as well as the proper disposal. The internal environmental management follows the DIN EN ISO 14001 standard. Since 1994 an environment manager controls and coordinates the implementation of the regulations. Further current environmental measures are our own water treatment system, the heat recovery in heat exchangers and new production processes that secure an optimal use of raw material.
